Your purchase is ready to be customized with your special wording with the information you provided in the "personalization" section.

Once your order and wording are received, you will receive a proof delivered via email within 12 to 24 hours for review.

Print & Ship orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your approval to your mailing address listed on your transaction.  A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

EASY RETURNS

Customized items are non-returnable. However, please contact us to see how we can resolve the issue immediately.

For pre-packaged items (non-customizable), returns are accepted. Please contact returns@clickofcreativity.com and we will review and process your request within 24 hours.
