SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Processing Time
  • Physical Items: Most items are ready to ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Customized Items: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping, depending on the complexity of your customization.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard USPS / UPS / FedEx shipping for domestic orders (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited shipping options available at checkout

  • International shipping available (delivery times may vary; customs fees may apply)

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email or Etsy messaging.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your package until it arrives.

 

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

 

Customized Items

  • Customized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Minor variations may occur due to the handmade/custom nature of the product.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund.

EASY RETURNS

Customized items are non-returnable. However, please contact us to see how we can resolve the issue immediately.

For pre-packaged items (non-customizable), returns are accepted. Please contact returns@clickofcreativity.com and we will review and process your request within 24 hours.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For all shipping orders, please be on the lookout for an email from designs@clickofcreativity.com that contains your tracking number.
